Upon entering the home through the ground floor entrance, you step into a shared hallway with internal stairs leading to the second floor, where you find the front door to the apartment. From here, you step into the living and dining area. Adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction hob, extractor hood, microwave-oven combination, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
The first and second bedroom are located on this floor and have access to the balcony. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a wash basin, and a mirror. A separate toilet is conveniently located off the hallway. A second bedroom is found at the rear and also has access to the balcony.
Stairs lead to the upper floor, where an additional bedroom is situated. There is a separate space for storage and a washing machine and dryer, with connections already in place.
